ALL THE REST.....

Hope your Christmas was wonderful and all the best to you in this New Year. If your interested in seeing my trees and decorations this year they are posted on my Just Breathe blog "Christmas Tree Party." I guess this blog could be called Debby's Trees now since I now have two trees instead of the one large 9 1/2ft. tree I had.

So these are the balance of the ornaments I bought this year. These came out later than the normal July and October events at Hallmark. I haven't gone to buy any after Christmas ornaments since I had a difficult time getting all that I have on my two trees this year however there is one that I believe Amber has set aside and thinks I need to have. I also received some new ornaments from Mark and I will take some pictures and post those at another time.

A FEW OF MY SERIES

Collecting Hallmark Series ornaments can be fun however sometimes after years and years of collecting them you also look forward to when a series ends. Of course that does depend on the series. One Series has been going on for 29 years and once you start a series you kinda hate to just end it so you keep getting them. Honestly I am not tired of my "A Pony for Christmas" or my "Snoopy" series pieces.

SERIES, SINGING AND SPUMONI

Honestly I didn't have a clue what to name this one. We have a church that plays "Silent Night" which is by far one of my favorites. Always reminds me of my mother, she had a beautiful voice and of course by candlelight is the best. (insert tree light) Also a few of these are Series and as far as spumoni goes all I can say is that the Nostalgic Houses and Shops is an Italian Restaurant this year. Couldn't help myself on that one :)

A Peek Inside

I don't have all 29 of these.

For some reason I didn't collect

them but I now have at least 14 of them

and I also have the very first one in the Series

which my brother gave me 29 years ago.

First is series is always important.

SERIES - PART TWO

Here are some more of the series ornaments that I collect each year. Sometimes when a series ends I will sigh with relief. Don't get me wrong I love them but sometimes I want to cut down on what I purchase which means it would be one less that I will buy next year. See the first one, this is #28 in the series. I do not own all 28 in this series. Don't you just love a Bungalow?

SERIES - PART ONE

Hallmark always has several ornaments that become series. Each year a new piece is added. Sometimes they only run for a few years and then there are some, like you will see in my next post, that are on year 28!
